Ebony brings her extensive clinical experience and a passion for holistic health to create a program that bridges the gap between conventional SCD management and evidence-based complementary approaches.
The program is hosted on the user-friendly Thinkific platform. You will get lifetime access to the four-week eLearning course, which includes video lessons, downloadable resources, meal plans, and demonstration guides. In addition to the course materials, your enrollment includes personalized one-on-one wellness coaching sessions to provide support, accountability, and tailored guidance.
Absolutely. We designed the core eLearning course to be completely self-paced for this very reason. You can access the lessons, resources, and activities whenever it’s convenient for you, from any device. The one-on-one coaching sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreeable times to accommodate your life.
We recommend setting aside approximately 2-4 hours per week to go through the course materials and implement the strategies. However, you can always move faster or slower based on how you feel. The most important thing is consistent engagement, not speed.
